Jeffrey Adams Fitness offers Small Group Training, 1-on-1, and Semi-Private Training. Our small group focus is on functional movement, endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity for maximum results. Small groups allow for more attention and focus on you as an individual. We believe you should get the attention and results you deserve.. We deliver a full body workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every core muscle group by combining invigorating cardio and strength training wirth motivating music to make it both fun and effective.

No two training sessions are alike. Clients constantly challenge their mind and body to reach their unique definition of physical excellence. Our studio give quality training and personalize each workout.  We use the Gravity Training System (GTS). The GTS is versatile, fun and easy to use. The dynamic pulley and glide board system challenges you to increase core stability, develop muscles and endurance all with minimal effect on joints. The GTS is versatile and fun allowing you to do hundreds of exercises for all body parts.

Jeffrey Adams is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 27 years of experience in the field. But those are not the credentials that keep you coming back for more. It’s his infectious enthusiasm, personalized attention, and colorful life experiences that flavor his methods and inspire his devoted clientele.

Jeffrey developed his Kardio Krunk platform as a combination of aerobics and dance. The non-intimidating climate and small groups allow quality training and personalization to each workout.
